We are located at 1011 Walker Rd in Dover, Delaware.

Our Hours are:

Tuesday & Wednesday 11a-6p

Thursday & Friday 10a-6p

Saturday 10a-3p 

CAN I PLACE AN ORDER TO BE PICKED UP OR DELIVERED OUTSIDE OF NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS? 

We do offer the option for pick ups on Sundays, Mondays, and outside of normal business hours, however, there is a $50 fee added to the total cost of your order when that option is selected. 

HOW SOON SHOULD I PLACE MY ORDER? WHAT IF I HAVE A LAST MINUTE REQUEST? 

We ask for at least 2 weeks notice when placing an order, but it is NEVER too soon. Orders that are placed with less than a week notice are subject to an upcharge of up to 100% of your total cost. The exact charge is completely up to our discretion 

IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER? 

There is a minimum order amount of $50 for any custom order. 

WHAT INFORMATION SHOULD I HAVE WHEN PLACING AN ORDER? 

When placing an order, the more information you have, the better. Minimally, please know what you would like as far as cake, cookies, cupcakes, etc. It’s also great to know the date and time of your event, location (if being delivered), how many people you need to serve, theme or color scheme, and flavor preferences. 

WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS DO YOU OFFER? WHEN DOES PAYMENT NEED TO BE MADE? 

We accept payment in store via cash, debit, or credit cards. There is an Afterpay option available online, as well as the option to have an electronic invoice text or emailed to you. Payment needs to be made in full no later than a week before your order is due to be delivered or picked up. 

WHAT IF I AM RUNNING LATE TO PICK UP MY ORDER? 

For any order picked up more than 30 minutes after the scheduled pick up time, there will be a charge of $15. For every minute following that initial 30 minutes, there will be a charge of $1/minute. If an order is picked up after the bakery is closed, there will be a $50 charge. 

IS THERE A MINIMUM QUANTITY WHEN PLACING AN ORDER? 

Yes, there is a minimum of 2 dozen (24) of any item. The quantities can not be combined. For example, if you wanted an order for custom cookies, you would have to order at least 24 of them. if you wanted cupcakes and cookies, you would have to order 24 of each.
